Support groups

A support group that meets once a week to discuss life experiences, challenges, and joys welcomes new members. The group conversations are focused on sharing experiences, finding ideas to improve well-being, and ways to cope with stressful situations, as well as resolving dilemmas we encounter. Sometimes, we also engage in lively discussions about Eurovision.

We address more serious topics such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, chronic stress, burnout, etc., which have negative effects on everyday life. During our discussions, we are always supported by a professional.
